Family and Friends
I invited my brothers et al to my house for the 24th of July parade and lunch. Well- at least we all made it for lunch- and a stroll around temple square. Just trying to do my part to keep the family connected....

A View From the Top
Mostly pictures I took at the top of my hikes this summer. Beautiful is a poor word to describe the scenery. And...I will say I am upset with Blogspot because as of this summer all my pictures look dull when I post them- not the same quality as on my computer or print outs. So I promise the real pictures look much better AND the real thing is of course better than it all.

Tetons and Yellowstone
Toward the beginning of the summer Emily and I sat down and made a few plans. This is the result of one of them...
Old Faithful....
The crowd watching Old Faithful
Tetons (ummm...ps- this isn't in order )
More Tetons
More Tetons
Yet more Tetons
And again the Tetons- when you fall in love with something you tend to take a lot of pictures...
Elk- and I am not really zooming in-at all.
THE falls
Self Portrait of Emily. Careful of giving your camera for Emily to hold if you ever have to use the bathroom. You never know what you will get. I remember a picture of the rail, the bench, Emily, and a few more things.
Lions and Tigers and Bears! Okay maybe just bears.
